Cette semaine, nous mettions à l'honneur la nouvelle compilation du label Freestyle Records, très réussie ! Un enemble de titres soul, funk, jazz-funk, latin, afro...plutôt underground sortis ces dernières années ! Même si vous suivez de près l'actualité musicale groovy vous devriez découvrir de belle pépites ! Personnellement nos choix ont porté sur THE DELICIOUS ALLSTARS, THE MIGHTY SHOWSTOPPERS pour leur reprise de JOHNNY PATE, RAY CAMACHO & THE TEAR DROPS pour celle de BRASS CONSTRUCTION et enfin le très bon "Dana's dream de LOS CHARLY'S ORCHESTRA. (voir aussi l'émission de la semaine dernière pour le titre "Cramp your style" présent sur cette compilation).
Nous vous avons proposé également un nouveau titre de l'album de DILOUYA avec en featuring JUAN ROZOFF. Un album encore une fois fortement conseillé.
A ne pas manquer également l'excellent titre de CARLOS GARNETT : "Mystery of ages" qui mélange soul , jazz-funk, breakbeats et influences latines...purement jouissif !
